Sure, give the press freedom but read all their messages between confidential informants with Chat Control, nice.
I wish we would change news incentives to prioritize good reporting over intentionally misleading and hate/outrage fueling
Even if, it is not going to change anything with exceptions like:

It will just happen, that everyone will be “a thread to the national security”.
