      How could the €10 million prevent a random woman on the street being murdered? Can the same $10 million be used to prevent murders in general? If so, why not opt for that? If not, what even are we doing here?

      Not to defend Wilders, because the guy is just being a populist moron.

      So in what format would that 10million be spent? The common eu standard would be overpaying for “screaming pr to spread awareness” or translated – hostile pr, targeting europeans whom dont commit these crimes in the first place…

      10million saved! Capable or incapable… Wilders has his hands tied, of course everything he says classifies as populism by default as result. The eu laws overrule and inhibit a coalition from conducting anything other than “cosmetic changes” by own will. Hence the chaos and constant repetitive speeches across the continent.. .
