The statue is called: “Let’s make it ten times more expensive than it actually is!!!”

It used to be called the Olympic clock sponsored by now long dead Telenor (Rio perhaps, don’t remember), and originally it was a countdown until the Olympic games started.

It was later repurposed and now it’s just a weird looking clock.

For the “funny”people in the comments who don’t know what this is.

It is an Olympic Clock that was instaled by Telenor company (now Yettel) in 2008. as a promotion of the Olympic year. It shows time and countdown till the opening of the next OG.

IDK who is the artist (if there was one) who made it, but based from the info i gave, you can google it and find out

It’s not a clock, but a counter showing the number of people who have died in the adjacent Terazije roundabout.
