This will continue to happen for months if not years, don’t buy any ready meals or fresh fruit and vegetables if it’s packaged, all of that equipment will need to be replaced, Listeria is extremely hard to get rid of, even with the harshest chemicals it won’t die. Best thing people can do now is eat a meat only diet.
