Oggi stavo guidando sull’Autobahn e ho sentito un piccolo suono “clack”. Suonava come una ghiaia colpì il mio parabrezza e lasciò una piccola crepa (più piccola di una moneta da 50 centesimi), mostrata nella foto. Ho letto online che qualsiasi crepa sul parabrezza non dovrebbe essere lasciato non riparato, quindi sto pensando di farlo controllare dallo specialista del vetro di auto, come Carglass (?). Ma mi chiedo se tale caso sia coperto la mia assicurazione auto o no, ho un Vollkasko.

It depends on the location of the crack, but yes – carglass is a good option.
Vollkasko should cover that, give them a call and ask.

The location of the crack decides whether it can be repaired or the whole glass needs to be repaired. Repair is free even with vollkasko. For replacement you need to pay some copay. check carglass website. They will handle everything, including contacting your insurance.

Most (if not all) Teilkasko insurances will pay for the repair without copay afaik.
Because the alternative for them is that they need to pay for a complete new windshield that is way more expensive even with the co pay you then have to pay.
