Molte grazie! 🙏

In my opinion this does not look dramatic. It may be that the silicon filling needs to be replaced, because it looks old anyway, but I am not even sure if this is the task of the landlord or the tenant. If I were your landlord I wouldn’t really care and would either replace the silicon myself or have someone do it.

What you can do is use any bath cleaning stuff and a toothbrush or something like this to rub it off. Dishwashing detergent sometimes helps too.

Just be careful that you don’t let any wetness get behind the silicon. I hope it is still watertight. If not, then I wouldn’t do anything but just tell the landlord.

Oxygen bleach (Sauerstoffbleiche) works well, mix the powder with water and apply on the spots, let it sit for 20mins, scrub with a brush and rinse. It’s usually sold as a supplement powder for the laundry, it’s safer and doesn’t stink that much as chlorine bleach (Chlorbleiche).

Looking at the picture, I wonder why I always get proper panic attacks when seeing few and far between spots on the joints between tiles. This you could solve with a Fugenstift.

Edding Fugenstift does however not work on silicon.

When it comes to anti mould bleach, AGO is the nonplus ultra (for me, at least). It stinks much less severely than the stuff you get in the supermarkets and works better. Just be very careful when using it: Do not mix it with any other detergent, always wear protective gear, do ventilate.
