It’s funny, this video is calling it “Azerbaijan got what it wanted”, meanwhile Armenia, from a position of weakness, managed to negotiate that the US will invest a shit ton of money in infrastructure AND it all falls under Armenian jurisdiction, Azerbaijan and Turkey were pushing for zero Armenian jurisdiction since the end of the second NK war.
It’s not the best deal, but it’s better than nothing or a war.
