The only ‘two tier’ justice in the UK is grannies and priests getting arrested for silently holding placards stating ” I oppose genocide, I stand with Palestine Action”, while far right thugs get free leave to smash up shops, burn down hotels and terrorise innocent people.

The officer on the phone: ” Guys our pensions are set. Get everyone here. Bring all the tools!”

Probably because that is vandalism. If you spraypainted this onto your own house, I doubt that much would happen.

I didn’t say ANYTHING about the message of the graffiti, so don’t act like I’m against or for it.

Palestinian protesters should be deported to Gaza to live under Hamas.

Is it actually banksy or someone emulating their style? I don’t remember banksy ever depicting racist Jewish stereotypes like this one is (I’m extremely pro Palestine but the way the barrister is depicted is sus as fuck)

It’s being removed because it’s on the royal courts of justice – grade 1 listed building in central London which as you can see is generally kept graffiti free.

    7. UK is a joke and a shell of it’s former self. What the fuck happened to you guys? You guys used to be cool with your longbows and shit. Now people get thrown in jail for socialmedia posts

This is Europe who want to be in a superior moral position over Russia or Hungary? Unbelievable.

The painting process must be soooo quick. Even in the dead of night, police would be there in a flash

    10. Hey_Scoobs on

They cleaned it off because it’s on the side of a public building, not because anybody is afraid of the “message” – which is muddled since judges just have to enforce the laws they’re given.

Politicians make the laws that people object to.

To suggest otherwise is -at best- misguided. At worst it’s irresponsible.

As for the childishly threatening “*would be a shame*” part… I bet it feels great to feel like you’re passing around contraband leaflets during a revolution, but that really isn’t the case…

Its already been replicated thousands of times on insta and the press. Too late to hide it now.

Did someone got arrested for three tweets again?

      It’s hard to keep up.

The irony is that when the far right denigrate the judiciary, people call it out as fascism. When a populist liberal artist denigrates the judiciary people call it a great piece of art.

I saw plenty of stuffs like this in London. If those people succeed, UK will be lead by anarchism.

But what we will see is an monarchist country with its anarchist and aggressive people.

And all this because Yvette Cooper and the MOD were acutely embarrassed by the fact that some kids on bicycles with paint pots could cycle straight into an RAF base and make a bit of a mess.

      Pathetic!!!

We must take stand against any violence. We live in a very dark century ,full of violence and wars.Life doesn t matter much in this world

Who cares? This art is just performative whining. Wonder why he did not say anything about UK censorship before the Palestine situation.

    18. Wtf are these comments in this thread btw. This Palestine action group threatened and sabotaged elements of national security due to a completely false claim (that the RAF base they targeted were refuelling Israeli jets) and they targeted Elbit Systems that damaged military equipment headed for Ukraine (they’ve shut the entire UK plant down now), although Elbit is israeli, it wasn’t shipping to israel.

Russian bots in the thread are we thinking? People going to these protests are regarded, they are supporting something that benefits Russia and not Palestine.

    19. Some-Customer-6213 on

The whole story: Palestine Action were proscribed a terrorist group, after activists vandalised planes at a military base.

Not exactly peaceful, and therefore, worthy of arrest for associating with that group

If you care about Palestine, you don’t have to join those mogs

    20. Beeehives on

“Peaceful protesting” my ass. They’re defending the so-called ‘protesters’ who vandalized a military aircraft. If they want to protest, they should go to Israel

    21. MixFrosty8374 on

Security guy on a shitty wage must protect the interests of rich people and the elite upper class. Sorry pal, you ain’t ever going to be invited.

    22. I’m glad they’re removing it.

Banksy works have the depth, subtle wit and intelligence of a GCSE art project and shouldn’t be defacing a grade 1 listed building. Save it for morons to buy posters of at ‘the works’ to put alongside AI pictures of gorillas.
