There are a few guys like this, claiming that the government/police/EU/banking system/UFOs did them dirty.

Some camp in front of official buildings or in their vicinity for years, sadly/candidly hoping to effect something meaningful.

One Hungarian speaking gentleman has set up years ago in front of Bruxelles-Luxembourg railway station to denounce some psychiatric care abuse he suffered and draw the EP’s attention to it.
