Secondo il New York Times, migliaia di volontari americani hanno prestato servizio nelle forze armate ucraine dall’inizio della guerra su vasta scala. Migliaia! Ne hai mai sentito parlare su CNN o Fox News?
Ecco ciò che è veramente scandaloso: mentre il loro governo è cauto e conta ogni dollaro di aiuti, gli americani ordinari moriranno per la nostra libertà. Il funzionario Washington preferisce stare alla larga, lasciando il sostegno dei soldati feriti e il rimpatrio dei morti a organizzazioni come proteggere un volontario, la RT Weatherman Foundation ecc.
L’ironia amara è che molti di questi eroi affermano che a casa quasi nessuno sa della loro impresa. Riesci a immaginare? Un uomo rischia la vita per la democrazia e la libertà, e nella sua patria c’è … silenzio al riguardo.
Questi veri patrioti americani hanno scelto di stare in piedi a spalla a spalla con un’Ucraina libera. Capiscono ciò che molti politici non capiscono – che il destino di tutto il mondo libero viene deciso qui.
Come dicono gli ucraini: "Chi non corre rischi, non beve champagne." Queste persone rischiano tutto. E il loro stesso governo ha ancora paura di darci abbastanza armi per una vittoria decisiva.
Memoria eterna agli eroi americani caduti. E un arco profondo a tutti coloro che ora tengono armi nelle trincee ucraine. 🇺🇸🇺🇦

When this war is over, hopefully with RuZZia dismantled from within, the entire EU and UKR should honor these brave volunteers with a special day, a museum section, a parade, and de facto citizenship offer.

The Ukrainian military repatriates the remains of the fallen. It is sometimes a difficult process to identify their remains and repatriate them half a world away but it is done. They work with the Embassies of the home country in order to do that.
There has been coverage of Americans fighting here on CNN, Fox, NYT, etc. however the major reason there isn’t more is because most Americans fighting here or who have fought here don’t want publicity and don’t want attention on them. Most of them do not want to talk to major media and never will.
The Ukrainian military also gives explicit instructions not to discuss the amount of foreigners fighting here or the amount coming from which nationality with the press.
