Khaled Ibrahim, a Syrian refugee, granted indefinite leave to remain. Does not speak English and has not worked since moving to the UK – claiming universal credit.
He sexually assaulted and attempted to rape someone and been sentenced to five years in jail at the taxpayers’ expense.
His presence has clearly been a net negative to British society, so why is deportation not being pursued.
