Streisand effect. He’s gone trying to beat this charge with a heavy hitter, well known Senior Counsel and now he’s all over the papers. If he’s just have apologised for being a drunk, obnoxious arsehole, he probably could’ve gotten away with an adult caution and nobody would know who he is.
