Can you give some ideas about what it is?
What is it for?
What is it about?
Is it anonymous?
Are there any limits on who can answer the questions?
e.g. do you need to be Maltese, or can you be of any nationality but live in Malta?
Do you need to be over 18? Is there an upper age limit, no age limit?
Do you need to be Neurotypical or are you ok with people who are Autistic, ADHD or any or ND type taking it?
Are you ok with people who have depression and / or anxiety answering the questions?
Edited to clarify some of the questions.
Sorry mate. Got to page 4 and the changing of ratings made it difficult to be accurate. Also your use of negatives in questions was a pain.
