The disgusting mindset that not only celebrates human suffering and the ethnic cleansing of non-Turks from Anatolia but even uses it to joke/make fun of it. Utterly disgusting, especially when it comes from a “superstar player” (who may even be considered a role model for whatever reason)

(on the other hand I don’t see why I wrote the last part, seeing what the nationalists fans from both sides were posting on social media, this is 100% representative of them)

Edit: I have Turkish friends who also made this joke, Ik it’s popular in Turkey – still doesn’t make it any less insensitive or disgusting to me
