Concerns the inaction of the authorities on the large amount of hate speech being spread towards Artsakhtsis (Things calling them traitors, telling them to f off from Armenia, saying they are ungrateful freeloaders, etc) on social media platforms and by several pro-government journalists/political commentators.

If you go on any post on facebook/social media regarding Artsakhtsis at all, even videos of some random woman talking in the dialect about how she misses Artsakh, you will see such hate speech. Even under videos of Artsakhtsis saying they support Nikol, many of the top liked comments are things like “Finally, a smart Artsakhtsi”
