Ciao ragazzi,
Come dice il titolo, ho ordinato AirPods e DHL ha scritto che mi è stato consegnato (Empfänger: il mio nome) l’11.09. Ero all’estero fino a ieri e quando sono tornato ho visto il pacchetto lacrimato (vedi foto). Il nome e l’indirizzo sono stati deliberatamente decollati, ma potresti ancora vedere le ultime 4 cifre di invio del numero (e anche per intero sotto, che è mio, quindi è chiaramente un furto. Cosa posso fare in questa situazione ed è un mio problema o mittenti in primo luogo? Ha senso presentare un rapporto della polizia già oggi?
PS Non ho dato alcuna indennità a DHL per lasciare anche il pacchetto da qualche parte.

Get in contact with dhl. If they insist on delivered to you request proof(signature). Go to police (not 110!) and report theft.
Let the shop you purchased the item from know that you didn’t receive the item. They’re responsible for getting it to you. You don’t need to contact DHL or anybody else. They’ll have to deal with DHL and likely the police, but that’s not your job.
Talk to the merchant, tell them you didn’t receive, and make sure to mention you haven’t given DHL the consent to leave it anywhere.
Always go through the merchant, they will then file a claim with DHL
Ths shop most likely will ask you for a Eidesstattliche Erklärung. It is needed to file for investigation with DHL and for you Göttingen your money back.
