Okay, so: I do get that these words feel hollow often when bad actors still get away with doing whatever it is they’re doing at the time.
I know words can’t physically hurt and I also know that words won’t change anything for russia.
Having said that, “…I now turn the floor over to the guy from Poland”; in this room, right now, made me laugh and be grateful that I’m not a russian in that room more so than I normally am, regardless.
