Ciao a tutti. All’inizio di quest’anno, ho avuto un piccolo incidente che ha coinvolto il mio furgone di lavoro e un’altra macchina di lavoro dell’altra persona. L’auto di fronte a me ha applicato i freni fino a quando non ho potuto fermarmi in tempo. Anche se l’auto di fronte non aveva motivo di fermarti all’improvviso. Secondo la legge, sono in colpa per non aver mantenuto la distanza (IIRC).
Perché non parlo tedesco, l’altro pilota ha chiamato la polizia. Come a terra era una fuoriuscita di liquido, ha anche richiesto ai pompieri (credo). Si è rivelato essere solo l’aggiunta del serbatoio blu perforato a causa del gancio di rimorchio della sua auto (inizialmente ho pensato che fosse il serbatoio liquido del parabrezza). Nessun odore di diesel, nessun fumo che usciva, quindi l’area era piuttosto sicura.
2 camion per vigili del fuoco, 1 auto della polizia e un altro che non so cosa sia stato presentato. I pompieri hanno messo alcuni inibitori nell’area della fuoriuscita blu. La polizia mi ha una multa che ho pagato sul posto. Ho chiesto loro perché ci sono 2 camion per vigili del fuoco quando chiaramente non c’è alcun odore diesel. L’ufficiale di polizia mi ha risposto "Non preoccuparti, non devi pagare nulla per loro". Non era la mia domanda, ma ok.
Successivamente, io e l’altro pilota ci siamo scambiati informazioni e gli ho dato la mia assicurazione di furgone.
Fino ad ora, quando ho ricevuto questa lettera. La mia domanda è: c’è un modo per ridurre l’importo delle commissioni che devo pagare? Perché l’agente di polizia ha detto che non devo pagare nulla al servizio di vigili del fuoco, ma ho ancora ricevuto queste multe. Grazie in anticipo per la tua risposta.

Talk to your insurance (insurance of your employer)
Cause the Fire Department has no clue what your employers car inscurance is, hence they send it to you (The incident commander probably asked police for your data, instead of your employers). Give it to your employer, so he can forward it to is inscurance.
Ad blue is classified as “slightly hazardous to water” and may not come into contact with soil, water or the sewerage, so the FD was right to be there to take care of it.

They can’t know what the situation is until they get there. There’s been an accident, at least one of the vehicles has been damaged enough for some liquid to leak out, those are the trucks that get sent.

It’s not a fine, it’s an invoice. You need to pass it on to whoever at your company is responsible for this, and it can probably then come out of the insurance.
The Police has No say in the question if you get an invoice or not for the Fire-Department. The City or County decides If the Call is “kostenpflichtig” chargable or “nicht kostenpflichtig” not chargable.
Normally the cost of this are covered by your Car insurance or your “privat Haftpflichtversicherung” privat liabillity insurance.
In this case you would most likely need talk to your Boss/work for them or you to regulate it with the insurance Company for the Car insurance.
If they say no talk to your “privat Haftpflichtversicherung” privat liabillity insurance.
One of them should cover the costs of the FD call, as it is part of the accident.
