      Or to put it another way.
      Prices still increasing at 3.8% per year.

      My savings account gives me 2.5%, so I’m only bleeding-out at a rate of 1.3%. Huzzah!

      On the flip side there was genuine concern it would rise again so still high but it has a very small silver lining.
