The best time to stop importing ruskie oil and gas was ten years ago, the second best time was three years ago, the third best time is now.
Well, for starters I’d restart nuclear instead of using russian gas or coal, Germany

Now is a very good time, especially since there is an oversupply of oil and liquefied gas on the market.
In addition, this is a support for green energy.
Maybe it would be easier to just annex in Russia. It’s basically just one Kremlin in a single city to take over.
