Saw part of my comment screenshotted so I thought I would reply. The myth that the guy is an Azeri comes from the fact that the guy chooses to communicate only in Russian, in rare cases that he does communicate with anyone and doesn’t seem to understand Armenian or at least pretends not to. Primarily he just roams one street without pants, with a winter coat on and prefers to be left alone.
He likely suffers from Schizophrenia or something similar on that spectrum. About 99% chance of him actually being an Armenian.
