      What a joke. With placing figures dropping precipitously this is only going one way.

      Interesting to see this comparison where Irish house prices are still rising at a rate well above inflation. 

      In the UK house price growth [eased to 2.8%](https://www.financialreporter.co.uk/house-price-growth-eases-to-28-uk-hpi.html) which is below inflation and in effect a real terms decline. 

      That’s an interesting point of reference, particularly considering the UK also has supply issues and a lot of centralisation in London and South East.

      Literally saw new builds go up by 10k in one month. One of the 3 bed rooms aren’t even accessible on HTB as they are 530,000 for celbridge 🙂 gonna be in my box bedroom forever
