      >Many protesters voiced their support for the proposed “Zucman tax” – a 2% levy on assets worth over €100 million, named after the economist Gabriel Zucman. After passing in the lower house of parliament last spring as a Green initiative, the proposal was blocked before summer by the right-dominated Senate.

Hopefully France will start a new age revolution, this inequality is killing democracy, not just in France.

Even if they tax them nothing will be fixed. They are fucked.

The truth is that I don’t recommend it at all. I am from a Latin American country with many acquaintances from countries like Venezuela, where taxes on the rich were totally counterproductive since a large part of them went to other countries and left people without work. I don’t know how it works in Europe, but it is not advisable, other solutions should be sought instead of how easy it is to become rich.
Or if they will do it, let it be well implemented.

Here in France, the left has demonstrated every 3 months for years. Nothing exceptional, we are used to it like train strikes at Christmas time: it’s almost a tradition

But the left votes for Macron in every election, only to cry “Macron resign” the next day
