Qualcuno può aiutarmi, sono il proprietario dell’appartamento che ho comprato ma non mi sono reso conto che le mie finestre sono bloccate.
Come faccio a sbloccare questi tipi, ho già rimosso le viti ma non si muove.

This is the hinge (‘scharnier’). I think it won’t be locked here. Is there a lever or lock somewhere (deurklink / slot / …)?
Or do you think it blocks on this hinge? If yes, why do you think that?
Edit: what exactly do you mean with locked? Do you try to open the window, or to remove it?
