Un avvertimento urgente per chiunque sia attualmente navigato in Kleinanzeigen: l’annuncio della truffa per cui mi sono innamorato è ancora online!
Ho comprato un "Google Pixel 8 Pro" per € 200 da un venditore nominato "MM (Miriam)" (ID AD: 3195750125). Anche se ho segnalato la truffa, l’annuncio è ancora attivo e potrebbe strappare nuove persone in qualsiasi momento.
Il suo profilo sembra affidabile a prima vista (creato nel 2018), ma non lasciarti ingannare!
Il processo era classico: mi è stato chiesto di pagare tramite Paypal "Amici e familiari." Non appena sono stati inviati i soldi, tutte le comunicazioni si sono fermate. Certo, il telefono non è mai arrivato.
Ho già presentato un rapporto della polizia e lo ho segnalato ovunque, ma sembra che si stia prendendo del tempo.
Si prega di condividere questo o segnalare l’annuncio se lo vedi, quindi nessun altro perde i loro soldi.
Inoltre, se hai qualche consiglio su come qualcuno come questo potrebbe ancora essere ritenuto responsabile, sono tutto orecchie! Qualsiasi consiglio è il benvenuto.

Don’t ever send money via PayPal friends and family to anyone that’s not friends or family. No buyer protection in that case.
That’s why it’s called friends and family and not PayPal eBay sales
Don’t ever pay using Family and Friends unless you use it for the intended function or maybe to buy something directly at a garage sale for example.
If the transaction was performed with a credit card or debit card with chargeback function and you do not care about your PayPal account getting terminated, you should contact PayPal and ask if they can reverse the transaction, they’ll probably deny it and initiate a chargeback with your bank. Of course you will require evidence for this process. Having a police report is a good starting point. Have you asked her (or him, we don’t know) for a tracking number but got no response? That will make a very strong case.
