nothing shady in here
This is not one price tag. This is one e-ink display showing two price tags. Very common in Biedronka, Lidl and others. Those e-inks are expensive, no wonder they try to optimize.
These are for 2 different products. The 3-ply tissues are 5.99, the ones on sale that are normally 3.99 are 2-ply
I think you are assuming malice when it’s just stupidity and lack of caring of employees of your local Biedronka.
