I’m a huge fan and I’m okay with it. We don’t know what the story is gonna be. And when Ukraine was invaded, what planes were UKR pilots flying? They could be going in an interesting direction with the storyline.

There’s nothing wrong with Russian planes as long as they stay out of Ukrainian airspace.

Treat it like the notion of Russian air superiority in 2025 – completely fictional.

Your concern for Ukraine and acknowledgement of Russian influence is admirable, but I don’t think this one is too much to fuss over. Ukraine still operates Soviet/Russian equipment, so that doesn’t matter, all that counts is the person at the controls

I’m pretty sure the protagonist in Ace Combat flies whatever YOU choose to fly… Stop with the BS

Having never played Ace Combat, I’m 100% fine with a company creating a game as they wish. I personally won’t buy or play a game with Ruzzians as protagonists, any more than I would play as a nazi (also why I never got into GTA). Just not a role I want to play. I want to role play as the savior, not the criminal. Just my personal preference.

My gaming preferences aside, I’m ok with some random company using random jets in their game. It should be a free market. If they want to sell games, they should have to research which factions are more favorable amongst their buyers.

Did you even read what you posted..

If you want to help so bad stop making a big fuss about videogames, which people in a warzone im sure care so much about, and go to the front and help bring supplies to the soldiers.

And no, reddit solider doesn’t count.

    7. I’m not a fan but if I were I would boycott the game. Bad vibes, bad karma, bad choice… Should lead to bad sales.

Pretty sure the f-22/35 is the main characters plane since it’s always on the cover and almost all bosses were soviet/russian planes.

IMO? Jets we’ll come to disappear slowly in favor of high performance drone

I resent that I’d always liked the somewhat organic lateral silhouette of the Flanker and its derivatives, and this is a thing I’ve now buried in a locked part of my heart, probably forever, wrapped in the scar tissue of bitterness

I enjoy ww2 german planes and weapons. That doesnt make me a nazi.
      Same with fictional soviet planes.

Would i play as a sovet? Hell no.
Is it a big deal ? Also no
