Hang on, they’re doubling the little bottles but only adding a quid to the disposable vapes?!? The disposable ones are the problem you fucking onions

No news on disposables being a thing that shouldn’t exist?

How about a Politicians Bullshit tax. Everytime they lie, they pay a tax..country’s economic woes would be over in seconds.

I don’t vape or know much about them. But it appears the government isn’t interested in health concerns or addiction or children’s usage etc, just trying to make some cash out of them. Unlike cigarettes with 100+ years of history being grandfathered in, I doubt anyone would fuss too much about an overall ban on vapes, what with these being a relatively new introduction to the market. But rather than that, we’re going to profit from them.

I literally just bought a vape with refillable liquid to try and stop smoking after like 10 years. Most of the reason was to save money. I’m absolutely sick of this government

Netherlands banned all online sales and all flavours. This place the gradual ban on where you can buy any tabacco products, it’ll be off the table in a decade. Ireland should follow suit

Wait for product to get famous, no regulations, then say it’s bad so they can tax it. Just another government money maker

So this says they are taxing none nicotine fluid aswell, so does that mean that the base pg/vg liquid is being taxed too, as someone who makes their own fluid this is really confusing.

I didn’t think they could tax the pg/vg as it is used in catering and other things, jesus I am very confused now at what I’m gonna be taxed on, but I sure as shit can’t afford tax on 1L of base fluid!

    10. Why is it every time we agree we need to fix something in this country the government turns it into a money making scheme.

Great! The problem is solved by the highly original solution of adding a tax. They must have been up all night for months coming up with that.
