Side note, but does that pan stick a fair bunch? Looks like a carbon steel De Buyer or something similar. Couldn’t help but see a few red spots which might indicate some rust, but it could just as easily be the camera. But if it’s been problematic for you, it probably needs a bit of a re-season. Not trying to judge or anything at all like that, just noticed and am curious and sure it’s probably on your radar if you own the feckin thing!
