      Yes happened to me once. Sent a wine bottle in a special container for wine bottles and they claimed it broke and because it was not adequately packaged.

      Hell no. DHL is one of the “better” parcel services, but this is really crazy. Contact the service as well as the sender. Good luck and keep us updated.

      I have had some packages repacked by DHL before, but never saw them getting rid of it.
