Can you access the building’s water main? If yes, maybe inform the other tenants and turn it off for the first moment.
Is there an apartment above you?
Could even be a case for the fire department.
Edit: And you really want to wipe up that water on the floor before the floorboards soak it up and distort.
Isnt there a emergency number you can call?
Seems Like it’s Coming from above, is there someone living above you? If yes, ask em if there is Water leaking aswell. If not you have no other choice but to close the Main Water line (in the basement somewhere) because a pipe is broken and to Call a plumper (there are plumbers working sundays) and forward the bill to your property Management.
