Ciao, non sono sicuro che questo sia il subreddit giusto per chiedere questo, ma volevo qualche consiglio sul mio monatsliste come azubi. Non mi è stato spiegato perché ho “Minusstunden”. I giorni in cui non lavoravo erano giorni in cui stavo aspettando l’approvazione dell’Ausländerbehörde. Mi è stato specificamente istruito dall’ABH di non lavorare, perché sarebbe stato illegale farlo prima che la mia domanda fosse approvata.
Il giorno in cui ho ricevuto l’approvazione, ho immediatamente inviato un’e -mail al mio manager per farle sapere che avrei potuto iniziare a lavorare. Ho quindi lavorato il giorno seguente.
Ho ricevuto il mio stipendio completo per agosto, ma ora il mio capo mi sta chiedendo di fare gli straordinari per compensare le ore negative. Ciò significherebbe che non avrei giorni liberi per due settimane.
È davvero così che dovrebbe funzionare? Avrei preferito ricevere uno stipendio ridotto piuttosto che essere tenuto a recuperare ore che non potevo lavorare legalmente. Apprezzo qualsiasi consiglio o guida su questo.

Ignore that. How many hours per week does your contract say?
You got your full salary right ?
Then they might have asked you to work for the time they paid you for but you didn’t actually work
Ask them if they can reduce the salary for this month to cover the minus hours. There could also be the possibility to spread the minus hour reduction over a longer time, which could be easier for you.
Of course, they should have asked, but giving you the whole salary was IMHO, a nice move by your employer. It is like a free credit.
