In che modo nella Terra verde di Dio funziona?
Mi sono trasferito in questo appartamento il mese scorso (da fuori della Finlandia) e non ho ancora idea di come funzioni
L’unica cosa che il mio padrone di casa ha detto quando glielo ho chiesto è che non è collegato al riscaldamento distrettuale e di non assicurarsi di non averlo in piena esplosione a meno che non voglia pagare una fortuna nelle bollette elettriche

It could be floor heating for your bathroom which uses your electricity. It just makes it more comfortable and maybe dry bit faster.
When the red light is on, it’s heating. And when it reaches the temperature it’s set on, the light goes off. So put it on two/middle (it’s not recommended to be turned off, as it dries your floor after showers) and if it’s cold, raise it a bit. The floor shouldn’t feel hot, just a bit warm.
