There really are no people of place where you can take them. Sadly, Cyprus does not want to solve its problem with cats. Everything is done by volunteers. And they usually have many cats already.
So your best bet is either to go to the vet and ask them to take a look at the kittens and show you how to feed them. Or try posting on Facebook in animal related groups and pray that some volunteer will agree to deal with the kittens.
They need to be fed kitten formula for 2-3 weeks at least. Unfortunately no shelter will take them. Do your best to take care of them until you find a home, I wish I could help but I’m already taking care of a lot of cats. Let me know if you need any more advice!
