Qualche idraulico là fuori che sanno qualcosa sulla pressione dell’acqua? Ho notato che la mia pressione dell’acqua è scesa al di sotto della gamma verde e mi chiedevo se è qualcosa per cui ho bisogno di un idraulico o è qualcosa che posso fare da solo. L’indicatore di pressione è collegato a un tubo che corre in una nave di espansione. Sarei molto grato per qualsiasi consiglio. Vedi foto.

It must be refilled with water. you need to call a plumber or better, your facility manager if you have one.
meh, to be honest no big deal if you’re on a house. If you want to fill it, you can do it with the port on the right, below the expansion vessel. keep in mind that some boilers want (for warranty reasons) de-ionised water
If there’s an expansion vessel the lines are part of your heating circuit. Unless you have been instructed by your heating maintenance guy about how and when to top off the circuit, have them do it and perhaps show you how to. This is all assuming that you own the property, otherwise it’s a landlord-problem, not a you-problem.
