Ciao a tutti,
Sto esaurendo il tempo con solo 23 giorni rimasti fino al mio ritorno del contratto di locazione Audi il 23 ottobre. La concessionaria mi ha appena inviato un rapporto di ispezione dei danni dettagliati che elenca diversi graffi, ammaccature, danni a cerchione e problemi del paraurti che sembrano superare ciò che Audi considera l’usura normale. I costi di riparazione sembrano piuttosto alti.
La mia assicurazione completa di Huk Coburg copre i danni da incidente e vandalismo, ma non copre le normali spese di ammortamento di usura o leasing. Il concessionario mi ha consigliato di restituire l’auto così com’è senza riparare nulla.
Sono confuso e preoccupato: se non riparassi prima di tornare, Audi potrebbe accusarmi una grande fattura di riparazione e la mia assicurazione potrebbe respingere tali costi in seguito. D’altra parte, il ragazzo della concessionaria sta dicendo solo restituirlo. Qual è l’approccio migliore qui?
Qualcuno è stato in una situazione simile? Hai riparato i danni prima del reso del leasing utilizzando l’assicurazione o hai appena restituito l’auto e pagato le bollette in seguito? Cosa consiglieresti?

This is unfortunately always the issue with leasing, you’re almost always hit with a big bill at the end for every little thing they can find. Normally people just pay it, or rather their company does because it makes little sense for a private person to lease anyway.
You’ll be unlikely to be able to fix it for less to a level that they’ll be satisfied with. I would see if you could buy it out from them for a reasonable price and then sell it privately. Most people wouldn’t be bothered by most of these things and would never pay so much to get them fixed so you might come out ahead.
That said, a few of the damages they mention are clearly from you running into things and not just wear and tear. That is going to reduce the sale price by a bit. But that is something you’d have to expect after causing such big scratches.
