Presto,

Just push it throguh chatGPT or something for translation
Beef mincemeat, some rice, bacon for taste, a bit of onion. Varnish with egg yolk before baking. Nothing complex really
I think every family has its own recipe, a bit different from the others, so you probably get lots of different recipes.
I don’t make them myself, so I cannot give it unfortunately.
Mandel changed owners, maybe that is why the quality has gone down? I’ve been there only a handful of times, so I haven’t noticed.
A good recipe for lihapirukas – [https://nami-nami.ee/retsept/9549/vaikesed_hakklihapirukad](https://nami-nami.ee/retsept/9549/vaikesed_hakklihapirukad) Google translate will help you with translation. Most important thing – it really doesn’t matter what you put in the filling! I’ve added finely chopped carrots, which was pretty good, maybe a bit too crunchy. Good luck experimenting!
You can cook them in different ways. Nami-nami recipe says to use an oven for for 10-15 minutes at 220C. You can also cook the pies in oil, like this guy is doing here – [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Q0sVmCB4C8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Q0sVmCB4C8) I (and my waist) prefer oven baked goods but once in a while a good greasy mince pie is also a nice treat.
