Reform councillors do seem to have been living in a fairly isolated little world and I wonder if public service may change some of them. That could be wishful thinking but I can only hope.
Coming from someone who’s been living in care since I was 9, I fully agree with him, some of the things I’ve seen are horrible
So much for these Reform types “protecting women and children”. Once the mask slips, all that is left is vile contempt for anyone less fortunate.
Where the so-called patriots on the streets now? Funny that.
Kids in care are the ones most likely to be targeted by child abusers. This guys attitude is why the Rochdale girls were ignored.
Conclusion – Reform is in league with rape gangs, using Farage logic unless someone proves they aren’t then the charge stands.
If kids in the care of the council are behaving that way, isn’t that on the council? Aren’t they failing in their parental duties?

The whole party is vile, its a party based on hate of others.Blaming those with nothing.
I mean, it doesn’t surprise me that a Reform councillor would have such an uncritical, ‘just world’ view of children in foster care – with no regard for the family life (and childhood experiences) that put them there.
Maybe he should go on one of those courses that people like Barnardo’s hold for people wanting to adopt; it might give him a new view of the situation.
Ok lets work this backwards
Hypothetically suppose a 14 year old child really was “evil”, where are you most likely to find them? in care or not in care?
Not seeing the usual Reform supporters in threads like this backing their party’s selection process, as per usual.
