Alcuni anni fa ho visitato il vostro bellissimo paese per due settimane. E in questo periodo ho assaggiato questa fantastica crema spalmabile alle noci, quasi come il miele, che non riesco a trovare da nessuna parte a casa 😄
Per ragioni economiche non posso venirvi a trovare nel prossimo futuro, ma se qualcuno di voi fosse disposto a mandarmi un po’ di nøtte in Germania, la mia attesa non sarà poi così male 😊

Believe it or nøt, but this product got discontinued this year
Not sure if you know of this and you’re just joking, but Nøtte went out of production last month.
Production of Nøtte stopped 10th of September and I havent been able to see it much in stores, im not sure how much is still available.
It was discontinued together with Sunda this September.

Based on the ingredient list, it don’t look too difficult to replicate?
Eyeballing here, but I’d start with around 12 g nuts, 33 g white sugar, 15 g glucose, 5 g honey, 20 gram coconut oil, lil bit of salt, some lecithin, 2-3 tablespoons of water, and put all in a blender for a long, long time.
