Does Kemi think we have all forgotten her party was in charge for the 14 years before last summer?

I wonder if this is a more effective method for damaging communities than destroying their main employer and then providing fuck all to replace it for 50 years?

She was a minister of the previous government, including the Women and Equalities portfolio, I think she could’ve done something to improve community relations.

Probably should have warned her own party during their rule.

Bit late now. Maybe she should have said it earlier. But meh

    6. Well, she’s right, but as I recall she actually lobbied the Boris government to increase migration?

The Tories are just not sustainable because they have destroyed their legitimacy on each of the areas of their core competencies. They could be a party that is full of talented people who make a case for reforming the economy in a sensible way, and who will do what the public want on migration. But they’ve just spent 14 years screwing things up, with consistently bad growth, and they just increased migration to stratospheric levels. Under Boris the population grew by 2.5 million in three years, more than the 1980s and 1990s combined.

They’re just going to have to lay low, get rid of the old guard and anyone associated with Boris, wait for the public to forgive them, and hope the other parties screw up.

I would argue that Tory austerity did far more harm to communities. Also, does she not realise that immigrants normally don’t get to pick and choose where they live, they will gravitate towards the places they can afford to try and get a foothold. She comes across as one of dumbest politicians, and her default position is divisive dog whistling.
