il governo tedesco si è rifiutato oggi di sostenere il controverso regolamento UE sul controllo della chat dopo aver subito una massiccia pressione pubblica. Ciò blocca la maggioranza richiesta nel Consiglio dell’UE, facendo deragliare il piano per approvare la legge sulla sorveglianza la prossima settimana.
