Who here thinks moscovia maintains their current equipment in the field around their bases?

In August 2025, the vaunted moscovian arms export was 10 T90s to India, DELIVERED. India is moscovia’s largest customer.
In 2025, moscovia is still listed as the #3 exporter of weapons, BUT china and Germany will probably pass them this year. Not because of demand or better quality, because moscovia cannot produce anything to export.
Only dictators want moscovian cheap weapons. Cheap in price and VERY cheap in quality. moscovia is not putting any quality into what they export. In moscovia, planned obsolesence starts a soon as the dictator gets delivery.
I do not know for fact, but I bet 5 out of those 10 T90s to India do not work today. India routinely talks about how the moscovian equipment fails.
