Need a ban for none OECD counties ASAP
But we also need to ensure we have adequate facilities to handle it in the UK, we have a plastic packaging tax but is the revenue being reinvested in to supporting costly recycling plants?
What we are best at, preach to other countries about the environment while dumping our own crap into their lands.
