The premier wears the normal blue Inuit anorak. White is for special occasions. The EU parlament should also invite the premier of Scotland some time.

Where is the little gimp that screams at people for not wearing a suit? Does he only perform in the US?

Sure EU is Greenland’s friend, but Greenland joined EU via Denmark then frantically forced their way out again to not have their fishing industry controlled by rules and regulations. They did Brexit before Brexit and now promise mineral riches to EU as if that’s a thing there. It’s not, the area is subsidized by Denmark. A third of all their budget is paid by Denmark and without Denmark they’d go bankrupt in a few years. They wouldn’t be able to pay for their own hospitals. They have told Denmark they would vote for independence the day they find minerals. And guess what, that day is not yet here.
They made a choice to leave EU to fish as much as possible to get richer that way. Yet they also want military and economic support from EU now that they actually see the danger of not being a member. And even when talking to Denmark they ask for more subsidy … otherwise we will vote against you! They have been an extremely private and locked society even tourism is not overly common as it’s an extremely expensive area to travel to with nothing to do.
So this sounds good, but without putting anything on the line it just sounds like more begging for support. Greenland will never become a surplus for EU or Denmark. If that day comes they will leave both in a heartbeat.
