Makes sense. Radon is offgassed from rocks like granite, so you’ll mostly find radon in cellars carved out in bedrock. Soil in the Netherlands is composed of peat, clay or sand covering the bedrock up to a depth of ten meters, so there’s no need to carve into the bedrock.
Finland also stands out. Surprising because the Fins tend to have their shit together.
