If I was the Taliban I would give these letters out for free.
With one condition, the person must be a “secret sleeping cell” and be ready to activate when needed. Leaving the family behind (parents, women, children) would guarantee a leverage that instructions will be followed.
Wonder if they have a website? Would love to buy one of those.
Pop it in a nice oak frame, hang it up in the downstairs loo.
