So, we have some frequently asked questions about shipping from Ukraine to the US.

1) Do we ship to the US?
– Yes, we’ve been shipping without any problems for over a month now, since the new Trump customs laws were implemented.
Currently, packages are moving smoothly, there have been no returns, and US Customs is clearing packages without any issues. The average transit time for a package is two weeks, sometimes longer depending on the state it’s being shipped to.

2) Will you pay additional taxes and duties?

– Possibly, but we haven’t seen a single such case yet.

We, for our part, can lower the value of the attachment to $100 and present it as a “gift” so you don’t have to pay these fees.

But, in any case, there is still some minimal risk down the line, so we try to give a low value on what’s in the package so you’ll pay less if something happens.

Therefore, there are risks, but they are minimal.

And since there’s been no official response from either the US Postal Service or ours, you can confidently shop and prepare Christmas gifts. 🎄

3) Multiple items in one package.
– If you’re ordering several expensive items, it’s best to split them into two packages to avoid attracting attention from your customs office.
