Ciao a tutti, grazie per gli aggiornamenti sul mio ultimo post.. Ora voglio di nuovo il vostro aiuto 🙂 per capire cosa vogliono adesso. Ho già tradotto il documento in cui si dice che non ho presentato la dichiarazione dei redditi per il 2024, il che è falso perché l’ho già fatto a luglio e la scorsa settimana li ho chiamati per lo status e mi hanno detto che ci vorrà del tempo e che il tuo caso fiscale ci è stato sottoposto… cosa dovrei fare in questo caso?? Qualcuno ha affrontato questo problema prima? Mi piacerebbe sapere come hai risolto la cosa.

“wurde die Steuererklärung… inzwischen eingereicht … ist diese Erinnerung gegenstandslos” is what you need to look at: If you have already submitted, this letter is void.
I would contact the Finanzamt again and ask specifically about this particular letter. I think those are fully automated, so the Finanzamt’s IT systems seem to not have your tax form. If I were you, I’d get written confirmation that this letter is inaccurate. If you already submitted your tax form, it’s probably their error anyway. But you might be able to spare yourself considerable trouble by clarifying this as early as possible.

even if the letter didn’t explicitly say it, what other advice were you expecting? there’s some kind of misunderstanding so get in touch and figure it out
