The man and his wife that allegedly did insider trading, “it was for a good cause, money”, but we should listen to him say something we already know.
Everyone should do themselves a favor and put a few hundred pounds aside a year and get some health checks done privately. Cancer markers, x rays, ultrasounds. Anything you have never had done get it done.
