It is in german but it belonged to a polish man named Witold Adamczewski.
It’s in German, but it says that this person – Witold Adamczewski – was a locksmith, and a Catholic. Other than that – the cursive will be easier to decipher for actual German speakers.
It’s some identity record of an Witold Adamczewski, living in Volbringen, born in Hohensalz (Inowrocław) of catholic religion. Profession is Schlosser – locksmith. Nationality polish, in brackets it says “Schutzangehöriger” which was some kind of german citizenshop for not ethnical germans after the updated citizen law of 1943.
The left table column says “relatives” and the first entry says “Antrag auf Erwerb deutscher Staatsangehörigkeit abgelehnt” – “Request to aquire german citizenship declined” (because he was not considered aryan I suppose).
The text below, I can’t decipher. That seems to be some more organisatorical remark from a different person, something about a photo at least.
In the right column is just a remark that he moved to his current place of residency on 26.11.1940 rom Brüningsen District of Arnsberg. I can’t make out the first line though, something like “von Haberhoff, Post”. That can be a name or where he worked.
